Current Projects:

* Work in E. coli, using standard molecular techniques to create the synthetic networks.
* Attempting to create a tunable system to change the half-life of gfp[LAA] from 40 minutes to 4 minutes.
* Use scanning cytometer to view cells over time.

* Worked with mammalian cell cultures to produce alphagalactosidase for Gaucher's disease treatment
* Worked on pilot scale (30L) bioreactors
