* install Coyote's Library from http://www.dfanning.com

* unpack source in a directory, add it to the IDL path

* run 
	cseg, DirOut='dirname'

please, use  example_16bit.tiff provided with this distribution 
to see how it works. most likely you'll need to tweak parameters
before it works on your image.
