Cell tracking software page
The software described here is designed for the extraction of time series data from a sequence of fluorescence images.
It's written in IDL scripting language similar to Matlab and should run on any
platform where IDL runs (tested on Linux, Mac, and Windows). To submit a comment or bug report,
please e-mail Dmitri Volfson.

tools developed by John Crocker, David Grier and Eric Weeks
Developed by Dmitri Volfson; Natalie Ostroff has contributed several
routines for data post-pocessing. Original version of the browser
was developed by Rami C. Bitar and Jorge Viņals. Many routines
were borrowed from David Fanning's Coyote's Library.
